Application · VLP Characterization
Is this VLP not just the right size but also correctly folded?
Existing instruments can size a VLP. None of them can also confirm capsid folding with the same instrument, which is what RIPPLE's Raman channel now confirms.

What This Application Is Really Asking
Virus-like particles (VLPs) are non-infectious protein shells used as vaccine platforms. Most sizing instruments can confirm a VLP is the right size. None can confirm the capsid protein actually folded correctly, which determines whether the vaccine works. That's what RIPPLE's Raman channel is built to answer.

2
One instrument for two workflows Chemical/structural confirmation fused with sizing, where today it needs a separate CD/DSC/cryo-EM step.
