What This Application Is Really Asking
Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) are the delivery vehicles behind mRNA therapeutics and vaccines, consisting of a lipid shell built to carry a nucleic-acid payload. Three things decide whether a batch is good: particle uniformity, how much payload made it inside vs. floating free, and whether the lipid shell remains chemically intact. Most instruments answer only one or two well, but RIPPLE aims to answer all three from a single measurement and even with early-stage samples.

What Makes RIPPLE Unique
-
1
One read, three answers Size, EE%, and lipid chemical integrity come out of the same measurement instead of having to maintain separate assay pipelines.
-
2
Reaches earlier-stage batches RIPPLE’s 1 ng/mL concentration floor means very early, low-yield microfluidic formulations don't have to wait for scale-up.
-
3
One read, under a minute RIPPLE’s technology makes a measurement in ~60-second reads, meaning triage can be done extremely fast on a high number of samples.
