Application · Formulation Aggregation
Tell monomer from dimer from aggregate in one read.
Standard DLS can tell you a formulation is aggregating. It can't tell you what's actually forming, just like RIPPLE's resolution can.

What This Application Is Really Asking
Antibody and ADC formulations are commonly monitored for aggregation under thermal or mechanical stress. Standard DLS can flag that aggregation is happening, but a rising population of small, closely-sized particles look similar, in a bulk average, to a small fraction of large, problematic aggregate. RIPPLE's resolution works on small particles too, reaching the sub-5 nm Fab/nanobody fragments that challenge existing instruments.

What Makes RIPPLE Unique
-
1
See what's actually forming Resolve monomer, dimer, and aggregate or other closely-sized species as distinct populations.
-
2
Even on small particles A sensitivity floor below ~40 kDa opens up Fab fragments and nanobodies.
-
3
Faster, on less sample Solution-phase, no chromatography setup needed and a ~60-second read on a small sample.
